Welcome from the CEO

The Keys is a growing family of schools  striving to secure the very best educational outcomes for all our pupils. We very much value a school-led improvement system and view school improvement as a collaborative strategic enterprise which our school leaders recognise is greater than the sum of its parts.

What sets our Trust apart from others is that we recognise that each school is unique and distinctive and we are committed to schools retaining their own ethos, curriculum and identity as we believe they know and understand how best to serve their local community. Alongside this, we know how to strike a balance between maintaining the unique identity of each school while also effectively managing standardised operating systems for efficiency.

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do and we act with integrity. We prioritise communication and listen to the views of our schools so that together, we achieve our driving purpose, which is to support and improve schools to advance education for the public benefit.

The Keys continues to grow and has a strong reputation within our local area.
