Our vision is to create a community of schools which aims to provide an excellent education, distinctive Christian ethos and inclusive approach to those of the Christian faith, other faiths and no faith.
We aim for all academies to be highly successful, meeting the needs of their communities, retaining their unique and distinctive ethos and respecting the legacy of over 200 years of Church of England leadership in education.
We believe we are called to serve our pupils, staff, parents and their local community by providing academies with the highest levels of academic excellence and pastoral care.
We recognise that each academy within the Trust is unique and distinctive and we are committed to celebrating the local context and purpose of each school. Our vision is for all of our academies to become centres of excellence and meet the needs of the community in which they serve.
Within The Keys Academy Trust, academies will teach a broad, balanced and rich curriculum within national guidelines designed to inspire pupils to learn. There will be high expectations and in our academies we seek to develop a love of learning so that our pupils will thrive intellectually, physically, socially, emotionally culturally and spiritually.
We seek to maintain the following principles:
The purpose of the Keys Academy Trust is to secure rapid and sustained improvement in the performance of all its family of schools. The Trust will generate and strengthen the concept of school-to-school support through sharing skills and expertise and by making the most effective use of resources.
